You can run the typical Emperor's Death Beam build. 125 max ki, 125 ki blast supers, Emperor's Death Beam, Bending Kamehameha, Super Vegeta awakening. QQ Bang with +5 max ki, +5 ki blast supers. Everything else is at your discretion, but if advice would make you feel better. Split the remaining stat points between Health and Normal Attacks.
