If it's been done, look for the relay that is externally wired and it should be forward of the box, just aft of the right headlight on the frame. Edit: NVM Im thinking of fuel pump relay, sorry. Nope, that did not work. It starts up fine about 80% of the time now. Its got to be a sensor somewhere. The starter may not engage because the battery voltage is low or you have a bad starter solenoid.
