I then installed the rear turn signals. After I installed those rear LED's both the turn signals AND the hazards were hyperblinking. Now that I installed the new relay today, the hazards are back to normal and the turn signals will blink normally for the first 2 blinks and then hyperblink.

Hey all, Yesterday a gremlin popped up in my truck. The dashboard turn indicator is giving the "bulb out" fast flash. Exterior signals appear to working properly. '22 Base Man SAS, Stock Base headlamps, & Oracle LED tails. Any ideas what could be causing this?

A replacement flasher relay is about $22 -- if you think that's it, then it's worth a try. Just use a thin knife blade to pry the old one out, careful not to damage the plastic trim around the flasher. If that doesn't work, then it's in the turn signal housing.
